Apprenticeship standards are employer-led, meaning that employers can specify exactly what’s required from an apprentice in each specific role. They outline the skills, knowledge and behaviours required to carry out your job role which are delivered and carried out both in the workplace, through teaching & learning and independent learning.
For this apprenticeship, apprentices will be required to complete a mandatory qualification. This will include an Advanced Manufacturing Engineering (Development Knowledge) Qual (and or) an Advanced Manufacturing Engineering (Development Technical Knowledge) qual which will ensure full knowledge in completing the fitting role.
Role Profile -An employee in this occupation will be responsible for completion of their work to the required specification and deadlines, in line with quality, health & safety and environmental regulations and requirements, with minimum supervision.
