Level 1 Introductory Diploma in Vocational Studies

There will be opportunities to engage with guest speakers around Business and Employability skills, trips relating to the travel unit, and the opportunity to plan and run and event with the level 3 learners.

Level 2 BTEC Business Extended Certificate
This course is a progression route to level 3 Business, covering a variety of topics including Marketing, Finance and HR.

Be prepared for questions around your future aspirations, current/predicted grades, what aspects of business you enjoy and your interest around the subject and hobbies and interests. A member of the ALS team may also be present to discuss any learning support needs.

A new qualification aimed to incorporate theory and practical skills within an industry setting. Subjects covered include Finance, Marketing and Project Management.
